Vocational Training
Vocational training incorporates job awareness, shadowing and skill development. It assists the individual in building the skills necessary for future community employment.
Vocational training can address soft skills, including but not limited to, staying focused on task, conversational skills and general workplace expectations. Vocational training can occur within our program sites as well as within the community.
