Della Stuart is a life-long Licking County resident.  She graduated from the Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.  She started working at Hopewell Industries in 2012, LICCO in 2014, and Muskingum Starlight Industries in 2016.  Della and her husband Todd live on the east side of the county and have 2 sons, Micah and Joshua.
