Mary Thompson-Hufford was born and raised in Licking County.  She is a graduate of Licking Valley High School, and today, she and her husband, Josh, have chosen to raise their boys in the that same school district.

She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and her master’s degree in Organizational Management from Bluffton University.

In 2010, Mary Thompson-Hufford became the Chief Executive Officer at Hopewell Industries (HWI) in Coshocton, Ohio and in 2014, LICCO, Incorporated entered into a shared services agreement with Hopewell Industries to share key management positions and resources.  Due to the success of both organizations Muskingum Starlight Industries (MSI) has joined the Alliance of shared services.  Hopewell Industries, LICCO and Muskingum Starlight Industries merged into one organization, The Fuse Network and continue to provide local quality services under their original names.  Keeping quality services local is a focal point of the organization.
