To support integrated services in our community through empowering individuals to reach their full potential by providing employment, social and recreational opportunities.

In 2014, LICCO, Inc. and Hopewell Industries (HWI) entered into the first alliance of privatized providers in the state of Ohio. Late in 2016, Muskingum Starlight Industries, Inc. (MSI) joined the Alliance with HWI and LICCO. The Fuse Network formed of the entities merger.

All three organizations began as a component unit of their respective County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CBDD).  Families and the CBDD had developed schools for children with developmental disabilities but as the children grew up it was very apparent that services were needed for adults with disabilities.  To meet the needs of adults with disabilities and continue to provide training Workshops were created.

We are non-profit, 501(3)C organizations and governed by a Board of Directors.  Each program continues the legacy of services in their respective county while transforming into a sustaining, premiere provider that supports community life engagement.
